Contract Type Permanent Location Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa Introduction Agrinet, a subsidiary of Suidwes, is a supplier of an extensive range of branded products and related services to the agricultural, hardware, irrigation as well as the industrial sector in Africa.

The primary focus is the continued optimisation of the value chain, which stretches from the manufacturer to the retailer and the direct involvement in the improvement of retail shops in Agrinet’s supply chain.

Job Functions Administration,Marketing Industries Agriculture Specification Coordination & Administration : Responsible for coordination, implementation and administration of various online and offline marketing projects, calendars and advertising.

eCommerce : Act as key contact person for Agrinet’s Digital Marketing initiatives and platforms. Brand management : Ensure consistency in all correspondence, signage, marketing materials etc.

Marketing platforms : Implementation and monitoring of internal and external communication, promotional material and content on various channels and platforms.

Promotions : Responsible for coordinating and administrating the monthly and ad hoc promotions. Market research : Assist with market and competitor analysis and research.

Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings). Content marketing : Collaborate with design and product teams to help write and develop compelling content that will appeal to Agrinet’s target customers.

Develop and manage editorial calendar, deliverable tasks and ensure deadlines are met. Requirements Tertiary qualification in Marketing Management, Brand Management or Digital Marketing (Honours will be an advantage).

0 - 2 years’ relevant experience. Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Expertise in digital media platforms. Good understanding of marketing & communication principles.

Basic Photoshop skills will be an advantage. Project management skills and administrative skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Afrikaans and English.

Well-organised and must be able to multi-task. Deadline driven, sense of urgency and attention to detail. Must be a self-starter.

Ability to work under pressure. Ability to work in a team and independently. Must have own vehicle.
