Job Description : Our client is is actively recruiting for a Parts Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. Duties & Responsibilities Present, promote and sell products / services to current and potential clients.
Establish, develop and maintain current client and potential client’s relationship and goodwill. Provide customers, branches and dealers with feedback on outstanding parts on a daily basis.
Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns and make sure the problem is corrected to the customer satisfaction.
Treat customers, dealers and branches fairly and with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at all times Manage the movement of goods, inbound and outbound Manage all warehouse processes and procedures Manage supplier and all procurement aspects, local and foreign.
Ensure all required standards in the warehouse are met and maintained implement improvement projects on an ongoing basis Effective at dealing with resistance to change Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and results oriented. Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and other Office packages Ensure parts sales targets are achieved and costs are kept in line with budget Upskilling and training of dealer and staff.
