Cape TownDuties and responsibilities : Project Management Capture, upload and maintain all the required learner information on Learner Management System LMS Report on issues and risks to the Project Manager PM regarding class and host site attendance Order new training / project supplies and materials prior to the start of each cluster within the required timeframes Learn about every aspect of each project the team is working on Update changes made to projects as and when instructed by Project Manager PM Manage project schedules Communicate to learners about training dates and venues Monitor learners host site attendance File paperwork regularlyProject Implementation Compile project plan with Project Manager PM Coordinate equipment use, activities, information and resources Ensure project files, learner files and all other learner documentation are of high quality and standard to pass internal and external moderations Arrange assessments after every cluster Arrange internal moderation for 25% of Portfolios of Evidence POEs at 50% of the learnership Book training venues Adhere to the Companys Quality Management System QMS Adhere to the Companys policies and procedures Perform any other reasonable request as directed by Management Promote the Company and its training in a positive and professional manner Manage and mentor staff in a professional and effective manner Ensure high standards in the commencement, delivery and success of all training Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and learners to ensure return business Maintain the high standards of the CompanyProject Completion Arrange final internal moderation for 25% of POEs at % of the learnership Ensure that client and learner information and documents are loaded on to the system Set up project file, client e-folders, Leaner Manager System LMS and Monthly Client Feedback Report MCFR Upload learner details and prepare spreadsheets for external moderation Ensure that learner results spreadsheets and achievements are sent to SETA Team Ensure that all project policies and processes are always adhered toPeople Management Supervisory Lead, support and manage staff Manage staff disciplinary or poor performance processes and proceduresAdministration Support Liaise with functional support teams and adhere to service level agreements of : o Quality Assurance during recruitment of learners Signing of learner agreements and obtaining supporting documents Assist with Learner administration processes : o Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of learnerso Coordinate the attendance registers for workplace experience and training attendance, whilst addressing and managing any absenceso Coordinate remediation and ensure IT is completed by Facilitators after each cluster assessmento Preparation of POEs and project files in preparation for Internal Moderation IM and External Moderation EMo Build and maintain relationships with the learners through regularMonitor learner attendance, ensure required documentation is received e.

g., leave formsJob Requirements : Inherent requirements : National Senior Certificate Minimum NQF Level 5 qualification in Project Management or equivalent Minimum 4 years experience in similar role or industryPreferred requirements : Strong written and verbal communications skills Commitment to excellence, outstanding work ethic, and attention to detail Effectively communicate with Senior and Executive Management Valid drivers license with own reliable vehicle
