To co-ordinate ensure compliance, quality, monitor and manage the sales process and ensure excellent customer service. Job Functions Management,Sales Industries Insurance Specification Key AccountabilitiesDrive productivity of the team of tied agentsCreate awareness of Bryte strategic objectives and their alignment to the department and team objectives.

Guide team to implement campaigns for sales and customer education at designated sites.Direct the team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly clearly stated campaign targets.

Resolve obstacles to enable high-performance on net sales for each team member. Ensure the smooth running of education campaigns and sales processes at designated.

Ensure consistent compliance to company policies, corporate governance and relevant legislation.Manage and develop the team : Engage team members through effective one-

on-ones and team meetings.Set performance targets in line with company objectives and review KPI’s accordingly.Provide requisite coaching, positive support and appropriate motivation.

Effective transfer of technical knowledge.Ensures that performance management occurs according to Bryte’s cycle.Manage the activity calendar of the team in coordination with other team leaders.

Implement measures to address underperformance such as missing targets, re-works, etcEnsure team members are available, punctual and presentable to participate in Bryte campaigns at the allocated sites.

Deliver excellence customer service : Timeous resolution of complaints and non-adherence to SLAs.Prioritize and manage workload to ensure adherence to SLAs.

Engage Manager on the resolution of escalated queries or complaints.Resolve referred queries or complaints, ensure efficient and complaint resolutions.

Represent the organization through maintaining high levels of professionalism and service excellenceEnsure effective management reporting : Generate daily and weekly productivity reports from the applicable system.

Summarize statistics on a weekly and monthly basis and forward to Manager on a monthly basis. Requirements Education and Experience RequiredThree years undergraduate degree or equivalent2-

3 years’ experience as a sales team leader3-5 years of sales experience in +insurance industryFAIS and RE 5 qualificationsKnowledge RequiredSound understanding and knowledge of South African Insurance / re-

insurance market and global markets.Sound knowledge of statutory and legislative requirements.Good technical knowledge and understanding of sales and underwriting principles.

Sound knowledge of Bryte Life South Africa and its business strategy and objectives.Experience with portfolio growth.Knowledge of Bryte Group organizational structureKnowledge and understanding of relevant Bryte Insurance policies, processes and proceduresSound internal networkSound knowledge of operating systemsConcern for ExcellenceAbility to delegateAbility to innovate and improveAbility to share knowledge develop peopleClear oral and verbal communicationEffective planning of tasks and organizing of teamsEffective problem solvingTechnical expertise related to systems and processes to monitor delivery and improve performanceTechnical Skills RequiredProven track record of successful delivery.
