  • Monitor the implementation of the EE plan and ensure compliance with the EE Actp>
  • Skills DevelopmentIdentify the training needs for the regionevelop, implement, evaluate & improve WSP for the regionnsure that the WSP is aligned to the regionacilitate career management & succession planonduct in house training / coaching / mentoringbr>

  • Submission of workplace skills plan WSP; Annual Training report · Identify leadership, technical and functional training requirements in conjunction with line managers for input into the workplace skills planp>
  • Ensure induction training takes place for the newly appointed staffp>
  • HR Administration · Conduct climate and cultural surveysp>

  • Conduct HR audits · Implement and maintain an effective admin systemp>
  • Ensure employee files & records are always up to datep>
  • Conduct HR reports weekly and monthly / p>
  • Industrial Relations Ensure disciplinary code is implemented fairlyandle potential IR queries / problems before it causes dissentnsure an effective IR climate prevails with fair practices in the regionrovide Line Management with effective and latest IR adviceepresent company at CCMA & Labour Court when requiredr>
