Job Purpose :

Manage store operations to maximise top line sales and profitability

Key Dials :

1. Manage all sales activities within the business unit

2. Manage and control all stock

3. Manage adherence to legislation and risk management standards within the Business Unit

4. Monitor back office cash management activities and outputs.

5. Team Human Resources Management

Qualification :

Matric with 2-3 years retail management experience

Competencies :

  • MS Office proficiency
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain
  • Retail and Consumer Finance environment
  • Knowledge of sales and prospecting processes and methodologies
  • Relevant legislation (OHASA, FAIS, CPA, NCA, Short and Long term Insurance Act etc.)
  • Relevant SAP Management Reporting
  • Relevant SAP proficiency
  • Stock Levels
