An experienced Customer Services Coordinator, ideally from manufacturing, is required to be based on-site of the client of a well known entity to ensure the smooth daily operation and communication with the client.
Part of this role will entail the management of stock ie. receiving of stock, using of sales estimates to forecast customer requirements, submitting of weekly sales estimates for review, dealing with complaints from customer, liaison with different departments on site and handling ad hoc requests from this client.
A COMPLETED degree (any) is a must as well as at least 2 years working in an administrative environment, 3 years in a customer services environment, ideally within manufacturing.
Advanced Excel is essential, SAP knowledge will be advantageous but not essential. Competitive package is on offer. Candidates for this role must reside in the Midlands, preferably Howick area.
