Qualifications and Experience : Have a minimum of 1-5 years’ experience with Administration / Customer ServiceMust have a valid drivers’ license & own vehicleHave a Matric CertificateBe computer literate in MS OfficeBe available immediatelyMust be neat & professionalKey Performance Areas : Answering phone callsResponding to all mailsManaging the Whatsapp lineHandling all client queries & complaintsResponding to all social media messages via Instagram and FacebookHandling the communication line between the courier company we make use of and the owner of the companyUpdate the owner on a daily basis on urgent orders / queries that needs to be taken care offRun a showroomx1 a month on a Saturday from 8am 2pm(if there is bookings for that day)Book all showroom appointments in calendarWill be working hand in hand with the person in charge of purchasing, the designer, the wrapper and the driverHandling all and any extra tasks that the owner might hand over to you on a daily basis.
This occurs when she has too much on her plateUpdating any and all administrative data and this includes : Client informationProduct informationAny information that changes on any of our Excel sheetsUpdating all information on our online data capturing system
