  • The Position : * * * We are looking to recruit a Paid Media Specialist to To build, implement, manage and optimize profitable paid digital marketing campaigns for Eduvos.
  • The role will report to the Head of Marketing. *Functional and technical competencies : * ()· Paid media campaign execution · Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager · Google Analytics, Google Tag manager · IT savvy *Accountabilities : * · Implement marketing campaigns o Timeous delivery o Quality of delivery o Cost efficiency o Alignment between brief and scope and quality of delivery · Deliver cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch o Timeous delivery o Quality of delivery ensuring brand standards are met o Clear communication and understanding by marketing team to ensure alignment · Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs o Delivery of quality leads o Delivery on agreed cost per lead and cost per acquisition o Appropriate management of budget during campaign period · Deliver ongoing reporting on campaign performance o Accurate reporting o Variances identified timeously o Timeous delivery · Conduct in-depth research in keyword, website and audience targeting o Delivery on expanded campaigns o Quality of research o Application of research to improve campaign performance o Cost of Delivery *Behavioural competencies : * · Initiative and responsibility (Acts on own initiative, makes things happen and accepts responsibility for the results).

  • Minimum qualification : * Appropriate Bachelors Degree in Marketing. Certification in paid media will be advantageous. *Experience : * · Three - five years experience in a paid media role · Proven successful campaigns in the Higher education / youth market
