Exciting new opportunity! This new position is with a company that keeps up with current technologies. They need someone who is ambitious and has business savvy to fill their Business Analyst role.
Extract, articulate and document business and operational needs as required by customers and internal departments
Ensure that the business / operational needs are understood by the development department / suppliers
Support the pre-sales process by assisting sales staff where appropriate
Train business users to use new system / processes
Responsible for the success criteria, to ensure that the defined business / operational needs are correctly deployed
Personal Attributes :
Ability to extract information in difficult circumstances
Must be assertive, logical thinker, good communicator and self-driven
Minimum Requirements :
Relevant degree (preferably a B.Com)
Business Analysis course (e.g. FTI diploma)
Minimum 4-years experience
Relevant degree preferable (e.g. B.Com)
FTI diploma or similar
Programming experience advantageous, but not essential
Business modelling (e.g. UML)
Interfacing with corporate customers
Business presentations experience
Previous Business Analysis experience in a related industry or with related technology
