The overall objective of this role is to ensure optimal integration and implementation of Customer and 3rd Party Risk solution products by clients and partners to ensure client retention and optimise revenues.

Provide subject matter expertise on World-Check product and services Advice on changes to Regulation and Legislation and how these may affect client / partner screening programs.

Provide ongoing advice regarding the integration of World-Check data and technical configuration. Review and advise on client / partner business processes Provide updates on new data elements introduced and promote robust data integrations.

Data analysis and data mapping to inform optimal data integration Technical validation of partners integration of Customer and 3rd Party Risk solution products.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES Communication Ability to communicate ideas, findings and other relevant information.

Ability to drive internal and external meetings effectively to influence events. Good presentation skills Domain Knowledge Minimum 2 years relevant business support and / or general analysis experience that demonstrates an understanding of AML and / or sanctions compliance.

Understands key client business processes that involve the use of risk intelligence data. Understanding of risk screening from a program design or end user perspective.

Technical knowledge Essential Able to use the Microsoft Office Desktop product range. Knowledge of XML, CSV and data feeds.

Good data analysis skills and proficiency in data manipulation Advanced SQL and Excel skills Strong research, analytical and comprehension skills, with ability to analyse large amounts of data Working knowledge of APIs Ability to drive potential product implementation issues to timely and successful resolution.

Desirable Experience integrating APIs into CRM systems / other platforms Knowledge of Visual Studio, Postman or similar API troubleshooting application C#, C++ or other common programming language Business Analysis Takes ownership of complex problems across more than one area of activity and derives solutions which cover technical, people and business issues.

Adopts a systematic approach to the appraisal of requirements, processes, actions and situations affecting everyday work situations.

Develops clear understanding of issues, relationships and dependencies and produces well thought out options for the future.

Is able to identify a number of solutions and quickly select the most practical and efficient. Education / Certifications Degree level.
