Job Description

You will be responsible for :

  • engaging, qualifying and converting sales leads from inbound and outbound calls
  • generating interest and ensuring a quick and simple process for clients by supporting them through their initial application
  • Providing support to existing clients
  • Ideal candidates must :

  • Be able to adapt and willing to get their hands dirty
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
  • Have a strong ability to influence and negotiate
  • Have a good sales track record
  • Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2-4 years’ work experience in sales and customer support within a financial services or insurance company
  • Previous call center experience is essential
  • A relevant qualification is highly advantageous but not essential
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to project a professional company image through voice, online and email interactions
