The primary objective of the iStore trainer is to deliver high value in-store training to new and existing customers to help adoption of our brand and services and to promote the value thereof.

The iStore trainer is responsible for staff development in-store, making use of provided tools to ensure sales staff can deliver exceptional customers experiences.

iStore candidates may be subjected to pre employment tests.Matric Relevant Tertiary qualificationPreferably Train the Trainer Minimum 2 years training experience Duties : iStore Customer Training - Provide an exceptional customer experience by delivering quality and professional customer training in the iStore as per quarterly calendar.

In-Store Skills Development - Manage and track staff progress on various training programmes offered to staff.Coaching programme - Implement the coaching program by assisting the store manager in weekly coaching session where needed.

Administration - Ensuring that presentations, reports, evaluations, staff administration and content are up-to date at all timesPersonal development - Stay on top of all Apple’s latest innovationsProjects - Deliver on specific training related projects and requestsSales - Assist store during busy periods by assisting customers where needed and perform Kickstarter Demos with customers on a regular basis
