2nd line IT Support Engineer (JB1219)

Alberton

R15 000 R20 000 CTC per Month

Telecoms and IT services entity with a footprint in South African and the UK requires ad experienced Support Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities :

Manage IT support tickets as assigned (remote & onsite)

Setup of new Office 365 users and new IT hardware (remote setup)

To deal with Support tickets related to VoIP and hosted telephony

Project Onboarding (Site surveys for installations, IT infrastructure / Hosted Voice)

On-site Delivery pertaining to, software rollouts, migrations, infrastructure, VoIP deployment, installation and configuration of hardware; end user training

Requirements : Completed grade 12

Completed grade 12

2 + years relevant experience

Previous experience required :

Office 365 (from creating new users to continuous support) including MS Teams

Azure

MDM including Apple DEP, Intune and Knox preferred

Own transport required due to working hours (UK business hours)
