The ProjectNEWest Alliance is a multidisciplinary collaboration between CPB Contractors and Downer, working with the Public Transport Authority to deliver over $1.
2 billion of works as part of METRONET. Across two projects (Yanchep Rail Extension and Thornlie-Cockburn Link), the Alliance will add 32 kilometres of track to Perth's rail network, 5 new stations and 3 station modifications as well as 14 kilometres of principal shared path.
Your OpportunityWe are looking for experienced Site Engineers from a civil background who are multi-skilled team players to join our very successful team.
This is a great opportunity to secure metro-based work here in Perth. Our minimum requirements for this role are : Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering essential 3-4 years experience in construction, previous MRWA or PTA infrastructure experience in the metro area desirable Exposure to structural scopes including formwork, steel fixing, concreting, piling, precast installation, heavy lifting and structural steel install Experience managing risk in complex environments including working in and around traffic and rail, working near live services, working with temporary works, working around mobile cranes and lifting, working with mobile plant.
Experience working closely with supervisors, earthworks engineers and wider construction team to plan and coordinate multiple work fronts and manage change Experience in development of safety documentation including SWMS, permits and work packs Experience in development and compilation of quality documentation ITPs, checklists, test reports, lot development, onsite and offsite inspections Please note : This role is being sourced through CPB Contractors directly and we will not accept applications via external recruitment agencies.
