RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced SALES ADMINISTRATOR for a large national company, position based in the Pinetown area.
PERSON SHOULD PREFERABLY BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY!JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Valid drivers license.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Marketing Diploma or Degree an added advantage but not essential.Person must enjoy dealing with figures (previous accounts / financial experience would be a strong advantage).
3+ years experience in sales or sales coordination.Experience working with CRM (customer relationship management).Strong quality administration experience.
Control and manage the lead process (external / internal leads, leads generated by the internet, referral leads, (tenders / newspapers, emails, invitation, tender websites), additional business for existing client projects, additional business from existing clients.
Calculate and compile commission schedules, reports for sales co-ordinator.Vehicle management and control (log books, service schedules, ensuring sales consultants adhere to requirements).
Manage travel arrangements for the sales team.Assistance with business information / administration for tender documents / tender process compliance.
Assist National Sales Manager with all administration and reporting required.Book and schedule appointments for sales through lead process or other.
General administration duties (quotes, variation orders, etc).Checking for accuracy of project information forms.Client credit applications.
This position would only suit a highly organised, proactive, energetic, assertive, pedantic person.
