Johannesburg - Responsibility : Coordinate the activities for the Dealer training department pertaining to specific training programmes as agreed with management.
Assist the Dealer Training Manager with the coordination, development and compilation of training content, manuals and training materials.
Assist Dealer Training Manager with monitoring of the execution of the SLA’s with outsourced training and external service providers within the guidelines provided by management.
Process financial records and administration of payments and recoveries for IMSAf. Responsible for utilization and operation of the Dealer Learner Management System.
Assist Dealer Training Manager with administration of training cycle including training needs analysis, training plans and drive execution as directed by management.
Serves as the focal point for the administration and escalation of Dealer related queries and provision of information and assistance where required.
Requirements : National Diploma in Human Resources or Education & Training Diploma. B. Degree (will be advantageous) in Human Resources majoring in Training & Development will be an added advantage Project management and training department coordination experience Strong planning and organizing skills Extensive knowledge of training content development and implementation Fair understanding of the automotive industry Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc) Ability to operate e-Learning systems / solutions Coordinate maintenance of training infrastructure and equipment Experience and / or exposure in the training
