Qualifications

Qualifications and Accreditations

Matric or equivalent

Experience, skills and attributes

1 year in an inbound or outbound call centre team

  • Experience in an IT environment would be advantageous - Fault reporting and fault progress for both single line, DSL, number testing and reporting cable damage;
  • Technical support of DSL and ISP customers; and Desktop support.

    Excellent computer literacy

    Ability to effectively and professionally communicate at all levels

    Performance driven and customer service orientated

    Proactive thinking in identifying and resolving issues
