Accountable for supporting the sales organization with sales support services, , i.e. warranty & claim management, sales support and order management Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders.
Reviews customer orders and checks consistency, and completeness, in cooperation with all involved Prepares, reviews and books customer orders / revisions to orders stakeholders on both sides (customer and organization).
Initiates sales orders / purchase orders to vendors according to customer requirements. Manages account relationships to ensure timely shipment / billing of equipment.
Interface with factory and Product groups to resolve configurations and technical changes. Evaluate and monitors profitability for sales orders in backlog.
May complete resolution of issues related to transaction quality. Handles orders from quotation to final payment, which includes operational order management (clarifying , processing, filing and follow up).
Solves problems regarding product issues including warranty and field service. Tracks and responds to complaints and disputes, and responds when customer issues are escalated to this level.
Acts as specialist for technical support and / or problem resolution. May generate revenue by selling products / services and solutions to assigned customers via outbound / inbound phone calls.
