Leading Group specialising in letting modern, upper-class office space, is looking for a Centre Manager for their office in Bryanston.

The group has a National and International footprint. The ideal person will be presentable, client orientated and flexible to work long hours and must have a valid driver’s license with their own vehicle.

Your hospitality background and good communication skills would secure this role.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Act as the first point of contact for all clients when there is a complaint / queries and provide solutions-based service
  • Responsible for the appearance and experience of the Centre and ensure that it is of high standard
  • Responsible for client retention by meeting expectations, constant interaction and meetings with clients and prospective clients.
  • Ensure preparation of offices when new clients move in.
  • Responsible for client files (new and updates) and ensure all documentation are updated and correct
  • Previous experience with expense control and budgeting.
  • Manage cash-up, sales and float
  • Work closely with the Financial department and manage Debtors age analysis, Supplier and Tenants payments.
  • Staff Management and liaise with internal staff (maintenance, catering, admin & cleaning)
  • Ensure boardrooms are neat and ready for client use. Attend to special requirements such as Video conferencing or lunch requirements.
  • Provide administrative support, arrange courier, office supplies and secretarial duties to the National Manager.
  • Ensure deadlines and customer needs are met.
  • Embrace the brand and provide mentoring and coaching to staff
  • Manages biometric security system
  • Responsible for the operations of the centre, including repairs, maintenance, housekeeping & adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Oversee Reception area and ensure attendance registers are completed daily
  • Do Monthly Audits and inspections
  • Responsible for obtaining all quotations, doing purchase orders and controlling inventory for the centre.
  • Responsible for cleaning staff and gardener ensuring their rosters are updated and duties are carried out effectively.
  • Responsible for all disciplinary meetings / actions
  • Induction of new staff members and conducting performance appraisals
  • Minimum Requirements :

  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualification would be advantageous.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Facilities Management or Hospitality Industry
  • Proactive thinker who is strong operational
  • Presentable and ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Sales orientated & Customer Service Orientated.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Ability to work long hours and weekends when needed.
