NEDBANK : Head Enterprise Wide & Operations

Job Purpose

To operationalise the requirements of Nedbanks ERMF in Group Risk and EGC; Facilitate the embedding of the ERMF into business processes in the second line of defence and manage the risk communication and awareness function.

Responsibilities

Enable business to embed Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) requirements.

Improve the existing risk management processes and practices.

Contribute to business performance optimisation by elevating risk management to world class standards.

Formalise Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA)

Ensure relevant, accurate and timeous reporting to identified stakeholders and committees.

Build trusting working relationships. Manage the external audit process for the Group.
