Job Description

Our client, an American multinational technology company based in Seattle, is currently looking for (A2 Level) German-speaking Customer Service Consultants to join their team in Cape Town.

The company focuses on e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming, and artificial intelligence.

This role involves managing of customer service-related queries within new and existing markets with a combination of providing excellent customer service.

It would involve managing majorly inbound and very few outbound calls for customers to handle queries and service of high standards.

Location : Cape Town

Working hours : Flexibility in work schedule

Requirements

  • Able to read, comprehend and understand German
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal skills
  • Matric or equivalent to a NQF 4 qualification
  • 1+ year of relevant customer service experience advantageous
  • Internet navigation and troubleshooting Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and MS Office application
  • Key responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer queries via email
  • Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management
  • Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication
  • Maintains a positive and professional demeanour and portrays the company in a positive light
  • Demonstrates appropriate sense of urgency for reviews and email response times and service levels
  • Follows company policies and processes in order to process customer requests appropriately
  • Demonstrates knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures
  • Uses customer service tools in order to provide an accurate response and an exceptional customer experience
  • Respond to international customer queries shopping online via email in English
