According to the development of the company's business, formulate, organize and implement each training plan 2. Establish and maintain good contact with all partners to facilitate the related training work in the later period 3.

Develop training topics and produce various training materials(mainly post-paid related materials, sales skills, etc.) 4.

Manage and follow up of the results of each training assessment 5. Establish a team of high-level trainers for the company 6.
