Our client, who is a leading player in the catering and hospitality industry, is looking to appoint a Telesales Agent who will be responsible to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold sales calls and emails.
Responsibilities : Increase turnover of existing customers across the entire account base by up selling.Inform customers of new products / brands.
New business development to get new clients on board.Advise clients on best purchases and keep up to date and informed of the current products.
Understand customer needs and requirements.Close sales and achieve monthly targets.Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects.Maintain GP performance.Various administrative duties.Minimum
