Key Responsibilities Promote and seek out new clients and generate lists of prospective clients.Build productive relationships in worksites to create a pool of prospective clients from various sources by networking, cold calling, using referrals, etc.
Sales Generation ensure that set targets are achieved and ensuring that quality of leads and sales by achieving the required sales target and persistency.
Identify products or services that best meet customer's needs.Work closely with peers and become part of the growing team.
Attending and participating in meetings and sales huddles.Explain features, benefits, and exclusions of various products.
Ensure Sales Process by ensuring compliance to regulatory requirements and business process / procedures. Required Qualifications Matric or equivalent NQF level 4 qualification Required Experience (relevant or in a similar role) 1 year insurance sales experience.
Basic computer literacy.
