This position will be based at their Century City offices, but will also involve some shits working from home Company overview : Our client operates 9 consumer facing online travel brands using its purpose built AI enabled booking platform.
They create many holiday packages in real time allowing travellers to custom build their ideal vacationRequirements : Tourism knowledge - Hotels, Flights.
2. Must- GDS knowledge - Amadeus as a priority and Sabre as basic (for at least 2 yrexperience) - create booking, ticketing, reissue, Q updates.
3. Excell, Word knowledge4. Multi-channel work capability.5. Ability to learn new hospitality systems.6. Multitasking - working with variant channels : mail, slack, hospitality systems.
7. Monitoring systems for irregular ticket booking behaviour8. Excellent organizational skills and strong team player qualities9.
The ability to work variable shifts10. Issue all tickets that automation does not for the corporate department, on sites11.
Administer all ticket exchanges that cannot be completed by an automated process12. Act as a resource / support for agents with ticketing / fares questions including branchoffices as determined13.
Quality control all international tickets issued overnight for correct commissions, lowestfare.
