Office Assistant Foreshore Cape Town- EE Position
Our Client in Foreshore is looking for an Office Administrator with 5 years’ experience in dealing with general administration and customer care and queries.
Need 3 years of PA experience as well.
Matric certificate with documentation to prove.
Fluent and well-spoken in the English language
5 years+ experience
Able to work efficiently during high pressure situations
Computer Literate and EXCEL
Duties will include but not be limited to the following :
General PA work (typing of letters, minute taking, travel arrangements )
Several HR functions Record Keeping, Filling of documents
Customer Liaison, and servicing
Telephone Answering and messaging
Assisting customers that come to the office, and ensuring that they are assisted promptly, advised correctly and made to feel comfortable
Monitor customers’ satisfaction.
Control and maintenance of electronic diaries & setting up appointments to maximize time efficiency and to facilitate logistics of meetings.
Assisting the Owner / GM with any other personal business.
Control and manage domestic and international logistics.
