COMMUNITY MANAGER (MUSIC)
A big software development company is looking to recruit a creative and resourceful Community Manager to join their Marketing team.
This individual needs to be on the cutting edge of social media management, be aware of the hottest online trends and be a huge fan of music with a keen interest in Nigerian music.

You will be working on a rad brand and with a team pushing boundaries in the industry. The position can be taken up either in Fourways (Johannesburg) OR Cape Town .
THIS IS A 3 MONTH POSITION (POSSIBILITY OF EXTENSION)
Your main duties will be as follows :
Content creation - writing and briefing in material for all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube)
Social media marketing - creating, managing and growing the brand through blogs, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and other strategically relevant online platforms
Customer relations - the Community Manager is often responsible for customer support - answering questions, however they come in and manage any online feedback forums.
Analytics - Using tools to provide reports on metrics, and continuously finding ways to improve through testing and new initiatives.
What would you need to apply for this wonderful position?
2 to 3 year's formal social media experience with popular culture
Being able to speak Hausa
Having a deep knowledge of Nigerian culture / s
Based in Cape Town / Johannesburg
A music nut that is comfortable working in an agile environment where timing is everything but quality is never compromised
Comfortable creating appealing copy and messaging in English and Hausa
