Duties :

Work with retail planner on promotional pricing proposals for Owned & Operated stores Prepare Annual Financial Plan for Owned & Operated stores, P&L as well as B / S, including submission in HFM Prepare FCST cycles for O&O stores, P&L as well as B / S, including submission in HFM Continuous analyses of store performance vs Plan vs FCST vs PY (including category and PC9 / SKU performance) Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained at O&O stores at all times Routine physical stock takes Ad hoc / surprise stock counts Perform store audits to ensure compliance with company policies within the store environment Loop card generation, issuing and maintenance Marketing voucher issuing Retail Dashboard weekly reporting Purchase order request consolidation from district managers and co-

ordination with finance Stock reconciliations and keeping the system up-to-date Maintenance and verification of manual bill books (in case store system is not running) Reconciliation and verification of sales transaction with manual bill books Planning and execution of stores cash pick-

up with service provider Maintaining inter-store stock transfers log and resolving PT (Physical Transfer) issues including stock differences Random monitoring of cash counters through live CCTV streaming of respective stores to detect fraudulent activity Qualifications, skills and knowledge : BCom Accounting or similar degree 2 3 years experience, preferably in retail industry / financial and operations environment Strong Numerical and analytical ability proven analytical skills with the ability to use data to frame, dissect and solve problems logically Proficient in MS Office (Specifically Excel & PowerPoint) Ability to work in a team Ability to work under high pressure in a deadline driven environment Data management Attention to detail Ability to communicate at all levels Demonstrated administrative skill If you have not received any feedback within 2 weeks, please assume that your application was not successful for this particular role.
