B2B marketing lead and automation specialist- Gardens, Cape Town - R30, 000- R40, 000 Neg

Multi-brand business, covering both finance and recruitment in the UK, with offices in London and Birmingham, Ahmedabad, India, and Cape Town in South Africa, seeks a Digital Marketing Lead and Automation Specialist to up the marketing department for the group.

Their marketing department acts as an in-house agency, working across all the brands.

This role is perfect for someone with a digital marketing and automation background, who wants to be somewhere where they can contribute heavily to the success of the business, to take a step up and take responsibility for an end-to-end marketing process and team.

You will need to be very technically strong with automation and analytical tools.

You will work UK hours and be based in Gardens, Cape Town.

Good growth potential.

Skills and experience required :

  • 5+ years of digital marketing and Automation experience
  • Experienced in B2B marketing, with some recent UK-centric experience
  • A bonus will be any additional experience in the UK recruitment or SME finance sector
  • Strategic SEO experience
  • Native in Google Analytics, Search Console & Data Studio
  • Experience (and enjoys!) of working to a tight budget and delivering exceptional performance
  • Email campaign experience, including managing quality data collection processes
  • Excels in a small but fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Feels comfortable managing a high performing and collaborative team of people across design, content, social media, and digital channels
  • Comfortable taking fast decisions, both data and gut-driven
  • Excited by taking a guerrilla approach to growing the business
  • Happy to be a great bridge between the marketing and sales teams
  • Detail and data-oriented, including the ability to oversee the management of lead-flow and CRM systems
