The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and evidence of developing and coaching colleagues.The successful candidate must be able to handle complex sales situations such as long-lasting sales processes, different buyer types involved, difficult negotiations and tenders.
The successful candidate must have good planning skills, attention to detail and experience with Sales Automation Databases or CRM.
The successful candidate must have the skills to develop external relationships at higher levels.The successful candidate will be responsible for : Managing and driving the Sales Team, as well as effectively communicating locally with Customers and Account Managers, and Senior Members of staff within the Organisation.
Managing and driving the Sales Team to build a successful business pipeline to meet financial targets, both short-term and long-term ensuring the ability to accurately forecast monthly and annually.
Managing and overseeing the future sales pipeline by recording sales opportunities and maintaining the SFDC.Working closely with the Director of Sales to develop the corporate market as well as business strategies to deliver the commercial goals that are set.
Providing market and competitor information and suggestions to identify and aid with the generation of new sales tools, along with any associated people development needs to enhance the delivery of commercial goals.
Providing feedback to the Director of Sales onareas that are not performing as originally expected to allow for adjustments as necessary with input from marketing and product management.
Driving the performance of the Sales Team to enhance and develop the existing business by re-visiting key and reference Customers to achieve maximum revenues from the continual sale of instruments, whilst lead finding new opportunities.
