Duties and Responsibilities: Check physical quantities of stock received and despatched  Update the receiving file and the despatching file  Capturing on the JDE system Submit source documents to finance for payment Scan source documents on company network drive Communicate / update all relevant departments on stock received and stock despatched  Monthly stock counts – stock take on monthly basis   Filling of all invoices Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations Ensure clean and orderly working environment Qualifications and experience: Matric (Essential) Degree in Logistics Management will be advantageous Must be MS Office proficient especially in Excel Min 3 years’ experience in Dispatching and Receiving Min 3 years’ experience in capturing information onto a warehouse system Ability to communicate effectively Preferable System Knowledge e.g. (JDE or ORACLE)
