The Faircape Group, a dynamic and leading property and healthcare company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Human Resource Department based in Claremont, Cape Town.

The incumbent will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, interviewing, following employment processes and building relationships with internal and external partners as well as keeping abreast of recruitment trends and driving innovative solutions to source the best talent.

We are looking for a professional that can match our hiring process with the best candidates to ensure that we have the most talented individuals for our team.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to : Finding suitable candidates for permanent and contract positionsManage all candidate communication, ensuring a positive candidate experienceManage and assist in end-to-end talent acquisition process to ensure that the best talents get the job, including drafting of job ads, candidate research, screening, interviews and reference checksWork with managers to create and structure job descriptions for new and existing positionsIdentify and partner with recruitment agencies, university placement staff and other partnersWork closely with Managers to assess talent requirementsManage job postings on social media using niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

  • Help build a talent pipeline to create applicant pools and talent pipelinesBuild employer brand to attract talentMonitor and interpret Acquisition Data to identify trends and suggest and implement actions where requiredRequirementsQualificationsMatricRelevant qualifications advantageousExperience and knowledgeMinimum of 3 years recruitment experience from a recruitment agencyAt least 1 years temp / contract recruitment experiencePrevious experience with handling volume rolesExperience placing healthcare staff high advantageous Hands on experience with social media and other professional networks, Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databasesAbility to assess candidate's technical ability;
  • identify and match candidate's behavioral traitsA sound understanding of and experience using social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
