Duties :
Manage, train and monitor the Food Safety Team
Manage, implement, maintain and auditing of the
Food Safety System
Monitor and advise on performance of the Food Safety
System
Manage, train and monitor the Quality Team
Monitoring and communication of all quality
standards to ensure the final product meets
requirements and standards
Manage inspections of quality personnel
Liaise with managers and staff in the company to
ensure the Quality System is functioning properly
Develop, implement, maintain and improve quality
systems
Ensure compliance with packing guide
Requirements : Grade 12 (Umalusi)
Grade 12 (Umalusi)
A relevant B-Degree (M+3) (Plant Pathology, Microbiology, Food Science) at a recognized and SAQA accredited university will be advantageous
Applicable quality management experience, preferably in
fruit agriculture, of at least 5 years
BRC training and experience
HACCP training and experience
Internal Auditing Training and experience
Good understanding of agricultural exports
Extensive understanding of the portfolio of Quality Management
