An opportunity has become available a Business Analyst : Supply Chain / Procurement to join our NBL team in Bryanston. Reporting directly to the Procurement Executive, the successful incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effectiveness of NBL Procurement with spend analytics, benefits tracking, project management, market intelligence and sourcing support, services and systems.

    Reporting directly to the Procurement Executive, the successful incumbent will be responsible to ensure the effectiveness of NBL Procurement with spend analytics, benefits tracking, project management, market intelligence and sourcing support, services and systems.

    Manage data spend Provide spend analysis and reports with recommendations Support with commodity risk management reporting Manage ongoing procurement projects Manage the marketing NPD process specifically related to raw material and packaging inputs Track key indices and cost drivers for priority spend commodities Continuously scan the external environment to collate relevant business and market intelligence regarding world commodity trends, key supply and macro-

    economic developments Manage and complete comprehensive sourcing and procurement processes Maintain and manage the Supply Chain SharePoint Collaborate with Auditors, review audit findings and provide feedback to the Executive (Track and report on resolutions) Ensure all procurement initiatives and benefits are correctly logged, completed, approved and maintained Provide regular benefits reports, as well as ad-

    hoc reports as and when required Manage quality non-conformances on behalf of Procurement as and when Procurement intervention is required Drive productivity targets with the Procurement Team Manage adhoc tasks and projects on behalf of Senior Procurement Managers and support strategic tender activities Examining Information Interpreting Data Providing Insights Interacting with people Articulating information Challenging ideas Show composure Resolve conflict Checking things Producing outputs and taking action Seizing opportunities At least 2 years experience in a Procurement function gained within FMCG / Manufacturing Experience as an Analyst or a similar role essential A completed Honours degree in Supply Chain Management or an equivalent Business Management degree required High level of Excel proficiency essential Relevant in-
