The Regional Sales and Marketing Manager (Pretoria based) drives customer and revenue growth through appropriate sales and marketing activities.

The position is a Mid Senior Management role with several Team Leaders reporting through to it. Sales Planning, Execution and Analysis : Developing and updating an annual business plan and budget (as it relates to customer growth and retention).

Competitive landscape analysis and reporting, including product and pricing. Ensure successful lead-to-receipt process. Identify appropriate market segments and channel strategies.

Develop tactical customer growth and retention strategies (where and what to sell and how to sell it). Ensure complete functional alignment with the Growth and Network functions Leadership : Lead, mentor and develop Heads of Departments to achieve business and individual performance excellence.

Matric Bachelor’s Degree (relating to the field) would be advantageous Candidates must have relevant experience in the telecommunications industry.

A proven sales track record in residential / consumer internet products and services is essential. A proven sales track record in business internet products and services is preferable.

Proven leadership and management skills, including managing distributed teams at a regional level. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent project management skills. Ability to delegate tasks and lead others. Great multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.

Excellent collaboration skills. Report writing and analysis. Must be willing and able to travel to District Offices (3 to 4 per hub) Driver’s License and own transport THIS IS ESSENTIAL.
