Job Summary : Coordinates and implements program activities for residents, assesses the needs of residents, collaborates with them in the design and implementation of a well-rounded activities program and establishes linkages with community providers to utilize available resources.
This position is not eligible for a hybrid work schedule. COVID-19 Vaccination required.
Candidate must have knowledge of : youth and adult education and enrichment, group facilitation, complexities of homelessness, trauma, mental health, substance use.
Ability to utilize person centered approaches, trauma informed best practices, de-escalation. Must be able to lead and implement community engagement strategies.
