Duties :

  • Directing the quality management system to ensure compliance
  • Formulate and manage implementation of new developments
  • Review existing policies and improve QMS
  • Implement new and improved systems
  • Represent the business on all technical issues
  • Ensure staff understand policies and procedures
  • Managing quality and laboratory activities
  • Liaise closely with management, suppliers and clients
  • Budget management
  • Support other departments
  • Qualifications and experience :

  • Chemical and quality management qualifications
  • SAPMA courses
  • Previous technical / quality experience gained in the paint or similar industry
  • Being fully computer literate with good working knowledge of the Microsoft
  • Good interpersonal skills with a firm disposition.
  • Self- motivated with good communication and team working skills.
  • Remuneration :

    A negotiable package based on qualifications and experience.
