The ideal candidate must have the following : Qualified Technician / Diagnostic Technician with reputable brand (Non-negotiable)Red Seal Certificate (Non-negotiable)Min of 3 years experience as a Workshop Foreman (Non-negotiable)Ensures work completed meets service delivery and quality control requirements.
Effectively arranges for the allocation and distribution of outwork to service providers.Accurately orders supplies for the workshop.
Ensure customers needs are understood and resolved.Leadership of the team.Technical advisorAdministration of job card (quality and sign off)Maintenance of the fleetProduction flow in the workshopMust have strong administrative abilities and attention to detailMust have excellent knowledge / track record of managing and achieving workshop hoursMust be able to manage workshop staffGood time management skills are essentialMust be very well spoken and presentable to deal with clients.
