You will be responsible for : Customer RelationshipEstablish and maintain relationship with relevant contacts at customers.
Through close collaboration with capital sales person.Stay up to date with customer requirements. Ensure that the company’s CRM / data base is kept up to date with the latest requirements.
Agree a meeting cadence with each customer, keep minutes of these meetings and action items within timelines agreed with the customer.
Promptly attend to customer requests and ensure customer is kept up to date with regular feedback.Be aware of any SLA and ensure that the company delivery meet all requirements contained in the SLA.
Territory ManagementMaintain a complete list of all company’s equipment operational in the territory.Keep up to date and report on competitor activity.
Sales ManagementAnalyses customer spend versus number of machines in operation for each customer.Determine which customer spend are to third party suppliers.
Determine reasons for 3rd party spend.Develop and implement strategy to increase customer spend.Follow up on outstanding quotations.
Establish reasons for lost quotations.Communicate reasons to Manager Aftermarket.Actively contribute to an increase in quotation conversion rates.
Be pro-active by continuously developing the sales funnel in order to achieve sales targetsQualificationsDegree in Engineering / Diploma EngineeringSkills5 years in technical sales with strong industrial experienceSage / OracleSalary / PackageR600k to R700k CTC paBenefitsCommission
