Lead the processes of service attention and operational during the shift.
Supervise and ensure compliance with the Safety and Security standards and service defined in the team under his / her responsibility during the shift.
Know the Passenger Service Manual, bulletins and procedures. Safety Alert related to ground operations and procedures related to passenger service and ensure knowledge by his / her staff.
Manage and supervise all the handler airport services agents on duty to ensure that all functions and tasks are completely in a timely, efficient and professional manner and to optimise customer service delivery and that company standards are met.
Undertaking some administration functions such as Spread sheets, delays and flight reports and all admin tasks required by Station Manager.
Monitor the arrival, parking, refuelling, loading and operational tasks related to turn around of the flight.
Travel related diploma or certificate.
Must speak Portuguese or Spanish.
Salary / Package
R18000- R21000ctc per month
