  • JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Achievement of territory sell-in and sell-out objectives Achievement of set quantitative objectives including call rates, coverage, adherence to call cycles and reports Call on and develop strong relationships with Health Care Professionals (GP’s, Dermatologists, Paediatricians, Oral care practitioners) and retail pharmacy through maintaining and imparting superior levels of product knowledge and translating product features into benefits that meet the specific customer’s needs Defining and analyses of targeted HCP;
  • s and stores and focus points to adapt to market and business needs Ensure the brand’s equity and representation in both the medical and retail channels meet international standards The position is field based and in a highly results driven environment, critical success factors include influencing and motivating HCP’s and retail staff to promote the company products.

    The position requires a highly structured and motivated individual who is able to plan and coordinate activity to ensure maximum efficiency of calls and time CORE COMPETENCY & SKILLS Selling skills Entrepreneurial spirit Ability to convince and influence people Relationship building Experience in a pharmacy and medical environment Able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills Ability to work within a team Accuracy & attention to detail Ability to organise and prioritise a variety of tasks & projects Possess a strong work ethic Effective written and verbal skills Basic Microsoft Office REQUIRED TRAINING, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Tertiary qualification (diploma) cosmetic, pharmaceutical or related field preferred Three years medical / pharmacy representative experience with a proven track record Demonstrating top sales accomplishments strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge of skin health and skin conditions or dental knowledge Must have valid drivers’ license
