In this role, you will be speaking to aspiring developers to help them understand the requirements and opportunities of becoming a developer through HyperionDev..

As a trusted expert, you will consult potential students to understand their educational needs and career goals to match their future goals with one of our Hyperion Development online and on-site coding bootcamps which are designed to help those in non-tech careers switch to full-time coding jobs.

You will manage the customer relationship from lead assignment to enrollment.As an experienced consultant, you will be in a position of responsibility within the team, with substantial growth opportunities.

You will assist the Head of Admissions in defining the sales strategy and processes, and optimising the metrics set for your team.

  • We talk as much as we listen, and know the value in every person above technology.We offer a market related salary, uncapped monthly commission and monthly team incentives!RESPONSIBILITIESEngaging with a range of potential students over the phone and mail to advise them on course choice and career outcomes;
  • Employing a consultative sales approach to help guide customers through their options with our HyperionDev Bootcamps and placement services;
  • Working towards KPIs and exceeding revenue and conversion quotas set by the Head of Admissions;Ensuring task management and activity recorded on the CRM;
  • Providing quantitative and qualitative feedback on lead quality and market response from social and paid channels to the Head of Marketing;
  • Ensuring all administration relating to student onboarding is completed effectivelyContributing to process improvements throughout the start-up;
  • Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the e-learning space; andIdentifying opportunities for new business within the market.

  • ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSThree+ years of professional, full-time sales experience in a closing sales role;Excellent with technology;
  • Prior experience working with CRMs;Ability to craft and maintain sales CRM systems, spreadsheets, and collate market data;
  • Fast learner, meticulous attention to detail;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Meticulous attention to detail;
  • A problem-solving and positive attitude;Start-up mentality and the desire to see Hyperion succeed;An interest in the future of education and online learning;
  • andExperience working through complex sales cycles.DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS Prior experience in an education or e-learning space;
  • Understanding or knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python; andDiploma or Bachelor's Degree.
