The role
Iress is looking for a highly dynamic person who will be required to fulfil the key role of Account Manager.
You will be required to retain client revenue, and identify and grow revenue on existing and new products / solutions within your client base and broader client circles.
You will be responsible for the financial performance of the account / program / projects managed.
What you will be doing
Retain client revenue through structured and constant client and user engagement.
Be able to identify and close out on new revenue opportunities at clients for both existing and new product / solutions.
Articulate Iress roadmaps / enhancements (Product, Technology, Strategy etc.) eloquently to clients / users at all levels.
Work with business owners and corporate account specialists to understand the business strategic roadmap and create and implement a client strategy roadmap.
Introduce and drive additional campaigns with existing client base to drive new revenue and keep Iress relevant at the clients.
Meet and exceed agreed revenue targets.
Engage with clients regularly and in line with an agreed, structured engagement model
Generate leads, new sales and commercial proposals
Manage billing for client base. Ensure commercial proposals are approved, correctly documented and entered into the billing process and handle any client billing queries.
Present product demos and front end user training as and where required.
Negotiate client contracts and commercials to be approved by the Head of Sales and Client Services.
Own each of their respective clients end to end and facilitate the coordination of people internally where relevant i.e. product, business etc.
What you will need
Understanding of Client Business Environment and technology requirements
Experience in the Financial Advice Business Industry
Industry and competitor awareness
Experience working with software and technology including training / coaching users on new products
