Responsibilities :

  • Discussing the requirements of the client's business and provide solutions to suit their needs.
  • New business development.
  • Client visits and presentations.
  • Client account management.
  • Keeping CRM System updated.
  • Negotiations with key decision makers.
  • Understand the customers business and effectively provide the correct solution.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Manage relationships with key industry influencers.
  • Renewal negotiations.
  • Weekly and Monthly reports required.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Technical Sales within the Western Cape region in the Commercial Refrigeration environment, or similar.
  • Ability to answer technical queries and providing advice to meet clients requirements.
  • Networking skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with key decision makers.
  • A positive, confident, and determined approach.
  • Ability to grasp and learn technical information is essential.
  • Consultative selling skills to negotiate with decision makers and business owners.
