  • Full-time position with a 3-month starting contract - Working hours from 08 : 00 to 16 : 30 on working weekdays Requirements : - Neutral Accent with excellent written and verbal communication skills - Possess a keen attention to detail - Knows how to navigate a computer proficiently - Possess a basic understanding of computer hardware and networking - Extensive experience in software user support - Have a minimum of 2 years management experience - Tertiary education in management sciences is a distinct advantage Duties and Responsibilities : - Provide exceptional support to our inhouse and software customers - Manage and improve existing and new process flows - Automate tasks wherever possible - Manage and delegate support tasks - Report department results to directors on a weekly and monthly basis - Maintain server quality control - Manage team communication - Manage team HR requirements - Train and coach team members Our team is very excited to meet the chosen candidate and to start working with youIf you do not hear from us within 5 working days, then please consider your application to be unsuccessful at this time.
