Experience : Previous IT field support experiennce beneficial. Provide training on the X / procure® frontend Software. Basic PC (Hardware / Software) troubleshooting. Troubleshooting and supporting the X / procure® Frontend Software.
Form part of a team that provides 2nd line line field support to the X / procure customer base.
