A national and leading Skills Development and Training company is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager who is a Constituent Assessor.
This position is based in Port Elizabeth.

Job description and duties :
Manage all training and Assessment Deliverables (MHE and Production Technology)
Fix problems that can stand in the way of achieving division goals, whether by implementing process improvements or by taking corrective actions.
Monitor classroom attendance in conjunction with the training department.
Meet regularly with the training and admin departments regarding absenteeism and terminations.
Follow all due policies and procedures to ensure smooth delivery of tasks related to attendance, learner leave and discipline to ensure compliance.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Adopt a pro-active approach.
