To create a fit for purpose, people centered agile learning environment that enables CXP's growth.

Mission :

  • Develop learning processes that supports CXP strategic priorities (eg. Bursaries, Learnerships, etc.)
  • Create a new Advisor and BAU learning experience that drives speed to competence
  • Support the culture of continuous learning (Eg. culture and strategic analysis related items)
  • Lead, coach and develop the Learning and Development team
  • Requirements :

  • 3-5 years experience as a Learning and Development Leader
  • Relevant learning and development qualification
  • Assessor, Moderator and / or content development
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Bachelor of Social Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Psychology, Education or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g. SETA)
  • Responsibilities :

  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help leaders develop their team members through career pathing
