Job Description

Accountable for client satisfaction for building / leading a high performance client mgmt. team to make it happen, the Regional Client Director is one of key leaders within the AirAsia Ads set-up.

Functional Responsibility

Provide ongoing strategic account vision, strategy & resources for technology, process and digital reporting / insights.

Plan budgets and activities for account management in the company

Ensure campaign delivery on the client's requirements, with respect to our offerings

Manage the acct. mgmt. team and collaborate with the technical team members, partners and resources for flawless digital media campaign execution

Lead the client QBRs (quarterly business reviews) to ensure client satisfaction and growth

Function as a point of escalation and a problem solver to internal account teams and clients

Set up operational processes related to account mgmt. and client delivery

Role Responsibility

Develop and maintain strategic business relationships between customers and AirAsia Ads.

Negotiate client contracts and establish service level agreement with KPIs

Ensure regular reviews on KPIs to sustain customer satisfaction and ensure contract continuity.

Manage communications between customers and internal teams.

Help resolve customer complaint resolutions for operational related issues.

Monitor and ensure billing is done timely and accurately and invoices are submitted timely.

Present reports on account progress and ensure all reports are being submitted in a timely manner with accurate data analysis and recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
